Copies of all maintenance and utility invoices or receipts are included in monthly statements to provide a clear understanding of the operating expenditures. Proceeds are sent by mail, PayPal, wire transfer or direct bank deposit.

All maintenance issues and requests are processed immediately and resolved cost effectively through maintenance personnel or approved third-party contractors and trades personnel.
